01 — Urban Planning & Sustainable Architecture
A visionary sustainable complex designed to merge massive architectural forms with natural ecosystems. This concept redefines urban living by extensively integrating green living walls and utilizing renewable energy through rooftop wind turbines. The interconnected spans create elevated community spaces while maintaining a minimal footprint on the ground-level parklands.
02 — Cultural & Commercial Space
Defined by its sweeping, wave-like rooflines, this low-profile complex emphasizes a fluid transition between the built environment and the surrounding landscaped plazas. The striking geometric red-and-white facade panels create a dynamic rhythm across the exterior, offering a unique visual identity that serves as a vibrant hub for the community.
03 — Luxury Interior Design
An elegant and warm interior design tailored for a luxury retail experience. The space features classic herringbone hardwood floors, illuminated display niches, and bespoke wood and brass shelving. A central crystal chandelier and strategically placed ambient lighting highlight the garments, creating a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere for shoppers.
04 — Commercial Office Design
A contemporary office campus featuring sweeping semi-circular wings that enclose a central public courtyard. The facade utilizes horizontal brise-soleil shading elements and deep blue glazing to optimize thermal performance, topped with solar arrays. The central courtyard, anchored by a unique spiral architectural feature, fosters interaction and wellbeing for employees and visitors.
05 — Retail Architecture
A modern urban retail destination characterized by its bold, large-scale geometric perforated screen. The multi-layered facade creates a strong visual identity along the streetscape while allowing filtered natural light into the interior concourses. The design successfully balances monumental scale with pedestrian-friendly street integration.
